Wanted 4x soudal fix all crystal.Went online and they only had 3 in store. Ordered the 3 online and paid in full.Arrived at Store to pick up my order and was told there was a stock error and there was only 2 available, this was after getting an email saying my order was ready For collection and fully complete.Picked up the 2 only and was credited for the missing one.If I knew there was only 3, I would have went else where..Poor show tool station !!
Items required were not available, neither in store or online. Cheaper alternatives were previously used and not as described in the catalogue....

Brill - bow saw on click and collect. Great price, if it cuts as good as service will be well happy
I have been a customer of Toolstation for some years and have always found them to give excellent service, competitive prices and good quality products. My recent purchases using the Click and Collect system due to Covid was highly efficient and totally safe.
I am happy with Toolstation always helpful and got what i need but not competitive anymore with prices compared to Screwfix.
Great store and friendly staff. At times there could be more bodies at the tills so click and collect don't have to wait so long..but that's it really..otherwise A+
App Issues. The shop is great but the app I have real difficulties with a lot of the time. Hard to add items and buffers for ages. Was unable to select local store yesterday too
I had an email thanking me for my order, detailing what it was, and that cash was paid for it when collected. However I hadn't been to Toolstation. My details were used when someone else went there. Not good. This was reported to Toolstation who said they would look into it.(I have bought things from Toolstation before, so they have my email address).
First time using Toolstation for a delivery. Placed my online order and paid - all easy stuff. Received confirmation of payment and was given a delivery date - all easy stuff. Received a text message telling me that my order (eight items) was due between 9.00am-10.00am - brilliant.Order turned up just now with only one item!! It was all going so well...?
I bought a box of disposable gloves over the counter. I didn’t know the price until I had paid by card. They were nearly three times dearer than the same type in Screwfix. Won’t be going back.
Ordered and paid on line but when to collect 1 item was unavailable, had been sold to another person. No help was given regarding replacement or re order. Also refund was given £7.99 short of value of missing item.
This is worse experience for me Ordered product from them and it suppose to be delivered next day but nothing and not help by customer service but hangup on me Very poor and untrustworthy
App does not work and can’t down load it which makes it very difficult
